1. Agreement
By accessing our site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These Terms of Service (Terms) form a binding agreement between you and Public Speaking Academy. We may update Terms from time to time. Material changes will be signaled by an updated “Last updated” date and reasonable notice.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for account security and accurate information.
- Keep login credentials confidential and secure; you are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Provide true, current, and complete information and promptly update it when changes occur.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security incident.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
- No infringement of others’ rights.
- No unauthorized access attempts.
- No uploading of malware, spyware, or content that disrupts service or harms users.
- No attempts to bypass technical measures, rate limits, or service restrictions.
- No automated scraping without our prior written consent.
- Respect community standards in courses, workshops, and forums related to the Academy.
4. Payments & cancellations
Fees are due at purchase. You may cancel according to our refund policy described at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction. For one-time programs, your seat is reserved after successful payment.
5. Disclaimers
We provide training “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Coaching results vary by individual skill, effort, and context. While our instructors share best practices, you are solely responsible for how you apply techniques in professional or public settings.
6. Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim during the 3 months preceding the event.
7. Intellectual property
All course content, materials, and trademarks are owned by the Academy or our licensors and are protected by IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access Services will cease immediately; provisions intended to survive will continue, including IP, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
